Shipping Policy

We keep it simple. You order, we move.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

During launches, sales, or high demand, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll keep you informed.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days across India
  • Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹399
  • Orders below ₹399: ₹99 shipping fee

Final shipping charges (if any) are always shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

After dispatch, delivery is handled by our courier partners.

5. Delivery & Acceptance
Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If you’re unavailable, you may assign someone (family, neighbour, colleague) to receive the order on your behalf.
Orders accepted by an alternate recipient will be considered successfully delivered.

6. Delays & External Factors
Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • High order volumes
  • Regional restrictions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNIiFF is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Ensure your shipping details are accurate.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailability

Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items
If your package appears damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

  • Do not accept it, or
  • Record a clear unboxing video

Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof.

Claims raised beyond this window may not be accepted.

9. Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

SNIiFF is not liable for:

  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Loss after successful delivery

10. Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will be notified if this happens.

11. Service Coverage
We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable locations.
