How It Works

Step 1: Order the First Move Kit

Purchase the First Move Kit – Discovery Set from the official SNIIFF website.

Step 2: Receive Your Cashback

Once your order is successfully delivered, the full amount paid for the Discovery Set will be issued as a unique, one-time-use coupon code and sent to your registered email address.

Step 3: Upgrade to Full-Size Perfumes

Use your coupon code on your next purchase. The minimum order value required to redeem the coupon is ₹999.

Cashback Terms

  • Cashback is issued as a unique coupon code after successful delivery of the Discovery Set.
  • The coupon can be redeemed on purchases with a minimum cart value of ₹999.
  • Coupon validity is 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Cashback coupons cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers.
  • Cashback is applicable only on purchases made through the official SNIIFF website.
  • Only one cashback coupon is permitted per customer.

Coupon Redemption Restrictions

The cashback coupon cannot be used on:

  • Bundle offers
  • Gift sets
  • Combo packs
  • Limited edition collections
  • The purchase of another First Move Kit – Discovery Set

The coupon may be redeemed on any combination of 50ml and 100ml perfumes, including multiple fragrances of the same or different variants, subject to the minimum order value requirement.

The above categories are excluded from cashback redemption as they already offer enhanced discounts, bundled savings, or special promotional benefits

Trial Limits

  • Maximum one Discovery Set cashback claim or refund request per customer.
  • Multiple orders placed using different accounts, addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other means to obtain additional cashback or refunds may be rejected.
  • Cashback and refund benefits apply only to the first eligible Discovery Set purchase.

Exclusions

  • Orders placed through marketplaces, third-party platforms, or offline channels are not eligible.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or other service charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Cashback coupons cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Orders & Coupon Usage

  • Only one cashback coupon may be used per order.
  • Cashback coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon code, promotional offer, or discount unless expressly stated by SNIIFF.
  • If an order placed using a cashback coupon is cancelled before shipment, the coupon value will not be reissued and shall be considered redeemed.
  • If a purchase made using a cashback coupon is returned or refunded, only the amount actually paid by the customer (excluding the coupon value) will be eligible for refund. The coupon value will not be refunded, reinstated, or exchanged for cash.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse

  • The cashback coupon will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. SNIIFF shall not be responsible for coupon delivery issues resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
  • SNIIFF reserves the right to cancel cashback coupons, refuse refunds, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases where fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, bulk purchases, resale activity, or misuse of the offer is suspected.

Policy Changes

SNIIFF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this cashback program at any time without prior notice. Any cashback coupons already issued before such changes will remain valid until their expiry date.

Final Decision

In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, redemption, refunds, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision of SNIIFF shall be final and binding.
